The hotel has three storeys and in some parts of the building - four storeys. Each storey has spacious tastefully designed foyers with marble paneling. The reception desk is situated in the central foyer, next to the Lobby bar, the tennis room, the tavern:"Yako Voivoda". On the second storey is the central foyer with a place for meeting guests, the conference hall and the "Panorama restaurant". The hotel accommodates 250 people. There are rooms with 2, 3, 4 beds, each room has its own bathroom, toilet and balcony. There are suites with a living room, a separate toilet and bathroom with bathtub, a television-set and a refrigerator.
