Spa and water treatment center

The water part of the sector has 16 state-of-the-art specialized bathtub installations which allow for mineral baths with Beden mineral water. However, preference is given to complex bathtub procedures with which the effect of the mineral water is intensified through additional mechanical, therapeutic, herbal, electrical, aroma, chromo or other type of impact. Examples of such impact are the air and water jets for “pearl” baths both in tangentor baths and special shower installations – Vichy shower and Sharko Shower which also make additional mechanical impact. The relaxing or therapeutic impact of the different types of colors of the sun specter and of the electromagnetic field can be achieved in the luxurious water bathtub for magnet-chromo therapy and that of the low-frequency currents of diverse characteristics – in the four-chamber and the combined water bathtub.

In this sector there are also the 3 special indoor swimming pools full of Devin mineral water. The large, multifunctional swimming pool of half Olympic size is very attractive. In it, swimmers can show their skills but at certain hours it is used for group underwater therapeutic gymnastics or for the water jet therapy of Knipe. The second pool is designed for spa treatment with still water and is thus preferred by people with conditions affecting the locomotory system or the nervous system. The third pool is a Jacuzzi with air and water jets for combined impact.

In the special eco bar, natural mineral water Devin and Beden is offered both for pleasure and according to a prescription and the unique Rodopi herbs are served as eco cocktails or tea.

Clay and lye treatment sector

The modern physical medicine acknowledges firth clay as the strongest natural therapeutic factor. For a more efficient and combined effect mainly for people with joint, neurological and gynecological conditions the hotel offers procedures with natural products from the Black Sea – Varna firth clay and lye. For the first time in Bulgaria a modernized Egyptian clay therapeutic method is applied indoors. It re-creates the traditional conditions in which the ancient Egyptians relieved their suffering. In other 5 rooms, contemporary full and partial application methods are applied.

In this sector there are devices by leading European producers used to generate therapeutic electric current of different characteristics: low-, medium- and high-frequency currents, magnet and laser therapy, light treatment and solariums. The programs of the devices, appropriate for different conditions and characteristics of the current, facilitate the therapeutic process.

Kinesytherapy and massage sector

In this sector, there are 6 massage rooms in which different massage equipment and devices have been installed, allowing for different types of massage: vacuum massage, lymph draining, hot and cold volcanic stones massage, electric massage, manual massage with different techniques guaranteeing the effect sought, etc.
In the kinesytherapy room, there are devices and equipment mainly for people with conditions affecting the locomotory system and the nervous system such as: medical balls, Swedish wall, Roche cage, devices for the upper and lower limbs, benches, etc.
The children room is equipped with a great variety of devices and equipment for the development of the child psychomotorics, sense of aesthetics and other activities for children while their parents are undergoing therapeutic or prophylactic, relaxing or cosmetic procedures.

Climate prophylactics and climate treatment sector

In the mountain areas near the hotel, through the beautiful mountain landscape there are natural paths for prescribed walks. Along these paths the guests of the hotel can exercise their cardiovascular, respiratory and nervous system under supervision by the respective specialist. They are suitable both for diseased and healthy people but they require careful prescription.
